AM - 21.6 SGM Course.  Met up with a good group, including Greg and Garrett down from Cedar, and ran down the course.  Started at the bottom of Veyo and went to the finish - marathon pace from top of Winchester down (hopefully!) - and then cooled down back to the church.  Saw a lot of shooting stars, some very nice ones.  The hard section felt solid.  Clyde and I pushed pretty good for the 7.5 and averaged 5:10, with a couple just under 5:00 on the steep sections and held solid down diagonal and in at around 5:15.  (old Ohanas -21.6)

Week was decent.  Mileage was a little low, but that is okay here and there.  Missed that 1000 workout and that's kind of a bummer, but I won't dwell on it.

Goals for next week: Get the mileage around 90 and of course have some good workouts.  Although I think there is still a lot of room for improvement in the next seven weeks, I want to keep feeling strong.

Baggs and I noticed a shirtless breeze coming through Diamond Valley as we were driving up.

Hope you gave Brian(?) your blog address as a resume. Looking strong.

Did he want me to brag about myself a little more when he asked for my credentials?!

Nice work my friend. Good to visit a little today. Your right on track for the big race and looking pretty cut. More like an Iron man build. Iron Dave? I like the sound of that!

Way to roll today. You looked strong the entire way and I would have settled for 5:30 pace if you wouldn't have drug me along for the ride.
