AM - 18.25 Clyde's Loop - 5 Tempo. The Circle is back in full effect! Tempo workout this morning. After a 3 mile warm up ran 5 miles of Tempo. Started at TM and worked toward something just over MP. Felt pretty good throughout; although I did lose a bit on the hills. Each time we hit one I fell back a little and had to work to get back where I wanted. The rest yesterday afternoon helped a bunch though as I felt way better than the last couple of days. (I will also call this morning's workout enough and rest again this afternoon to try and stay on top of stuff - I may be done with pool running; I don't know, I kind of like it, but if I am spent that could be one thing to cut.
