AM - 12 Target. Finally got my butt out of bed and did my workout. Did the same one as a couple weeks ago, but hit it a bit better today in the wind, rain, and cold. Warmed up 3 and then went 8 at Tinman and finished up with a mile. Tempo was decent, some below tinman, most just below or at, and a couple up the hills at the end just over - except the last one up Dog Pound, but still pushed hard. I did notice, however, that my form is struggling a bit. Last month I was really hitting a good stride, literally, running from the core and with a good leg lift and foot strike - I just felt fast. I haven't had that for a few weeks and today was no different; I had to work more to keep myself in correct position and just kept slipping out. Did I mention that I hate this week?
