AM - 4 Twix.  Our usual route out and around Pine Valley Townhomes.  Low 20's today.  Wintery.  

afternoon - 8.5 Sand Hills.  Over to the Sand Hill and some up and down practice.  Then went with Pyper over to our rollers in the desert below Maverick and ran a little hill workout with her.  (Kinvara blue 309.5)
