AM - 13 Parkway/Mill Creek. Easy warm up run around the Parkway and then over to practice where I mapped out the .5 and 1 mile courses for the Kids Summer Club. And then up past Tortoise Fence on Mill Creek for practice. Kind of tired today - couldn't have anything to do with our house being nearly 100 degrees the last two days because of a broken AC (had to take the family down to sleep at my parents' since it was so hot). lap swim: 8 min. - had a good swim today. pool running: 20 min. - 10x1 min. hard/30 sec easy.
