AM - 8 treadmill 1%. Start through 4 miles at 7:30 to 7:03. Then last 4 at 6:40. Pace felt okay and didn't really have any tiredness or fatigue from the long run. Got a metronome from my old man and tried working on stride rate with it. Started it at 85 (one leg) and I was just a little off and could quite keep it. So I put it at 84 and stuck it the rest of the run with only a little effort occasionally to get back on. (Landreth 228.05) evening - 6 treadmill 1%. 7:30 pace pretty much the whole run.
