AM - up extra early for a 15. Started with 8 out and back into Middleton. Then I had to get back and finish on the treadmill, so my wife could go to gym. That was my downfall. Tried to make the transition quick, but my legs were already a little spent. First mile (9) at 6:58, but I was tired - legs and mind. So I backed it off just a little 7:03 and went the next few until I just gave up. I was disappointed with myself for stopping, but at the time I felt I wasn't doing myself any good.
