PM - 3 PVHS to home. My stupid Jeep wouldn't start again. So I ran home from school after the meet. I should have run more, but I had just about had it. I was tired, hungry, and mad at my car. I just wanted to go to crash. So that was enough. A few more miles won't make or break me now. (Landreth 112)

Dave,

Every thing happens for a reason. Your jeep wanted you to run a few miles:):) what day are you leaving for Bean town.

At Marathon arrayed, to the battle shock we ran

And our mettle we displayed, foot to foot, man to man

And our name and fame shall not die.

Sorry to hear about the Jeep. I've been having some problems with my truck. I'm actually going to be trading in both my Ford F150 and the Honda Accord and looking to get a Toyota Tacoma.

Well, I bet you're getting excited for Boston. If you can snag an extra poster or anything free at the expo, I would like one. (You know how I am I'll take anything that is free)

Do you guys have a track meet tomorrow at Hurricane?

Hey Holt - I've been puking my guts out today, so I guess I won't make it to any practices. Good luck at BOSTON!!!

And an expected rain the night before the race could leave the Hopkinton-to-Boston roads somewhat slick. There is a also a predicted 15 mph wind which would come from the east, toward the runners.
