AM - 3 AC. Again, just ran with the team this morning, but at least I ran something. (Stratus black 1039.95)
afternoon - 5 2xAC/laps. Just warmed and cooled with the team and ran some laps while they did their workout. Joined a couple laps with some of the boys to get them finishing their workout and ended up straining out my bad left hammy. Started small, but by the evening was really tightening and causing problems. Had Ally stick her elbow into it and try and work it out. Just did a couple lifts after practice. (Boston 1054.25)
