morning - 12 Suicidal Tendencies. Fun morning trail run. Ran pretty solid, but the boys were killing it today. My arms were pretty sore from my world record dabbing attempt yesterday (didn't get it #bumma). Brought over some donuts and chocolate milk for Vis' bday, which made for a tasty post run snack. (Sense 179.25)
