afternoon - 10 3x2000. Warmed up and cooled with DI. Ran 3x2000. Tried to keep relaxed and strong throughout, but faded a bit toward the end. The pace wasn't too bad, just hard to maintain strength as I slowly wore down. 6:46, 6:50, 6:58 with 90 sec. jog recovery. Looking forward to improving and building on it in a few weeks.
