morning - 10.5 PVHS/2xDI. Ran over to practice this morning and did the DI warm up and cools around the workout - the team is looking awesome; things should go very well this week - and then ran back home finishing with Molly's Mile. Cool running after last nights storm and the fog sitting low all over. Longest run since the marathon, forced by sickness rather than by choice (but feel pretty decent today, not totally energized but good). Also I think this is my longest run in Five Fingers, might be wrong but probably not my much. (Five Fingers 396.1) |
