Nothing today - I doubt for the rest of the week unless I start feeling better.

I just read this article by Frank Shorter and he said, "Finally, remember that the more consistent you are in your training, the less you must rely on a perfect training run every day." Which makes me feel a little better about having to miss a few days from being sick.

Hope you get to feeling better Dave. You've been running quite a few miles, and a few days of rest and recovery from this sickness should help you to regain your strength. Do you guys have a meet this weekend?

Id be willing to bet that a couple days off is actually going to do your body good. Especially with how hard you have been pushing it lately. Get better.

Dave, sorry to hear your not feeling well. Take care of yourself and try to enjoy the rest.

Hey Dave - Glad to see your laying low while your sick. Get better soon!
