Back at it!

PM - 11 on treadmill at a decline preparing for downhill running. Felt good. Took the 1st mile at 7:30 and then the next 10 at 6:58. Felt great. Time just went by nice and easy. Wasn't working hard at all, and I really just enjoyed running again. (Glycerin)

Hey Dave, good to hear you had a good run yesterday. Just thought I would let you know we're planning on doing a small speed work-out at the SCHS Track at 7:15pm if you want to come.

hey dave,

just wanted to drop a quick line about your foot/calf pain. as a massage therapist & runner i've found that when the small muscles on the sole of the foot get tight they cause all kinds of problems & pains in the foot & lower leg. slowly rolling a golf ball across them with good pressure hurts like no other, but works wonders. you may already be doing this, but i thought i'd mention it just in case. those little guys cramp up often in runners & cause pain all over the place.

hope you continue to enjoy your runs.
