AM - 8 treadmill 1%. Start through 4 miles at 7:30 to 7:03. Then last 4 at 6:40. Pace felt okay and didn't really have any tiredness or fatigue from the long run. Got a metronome from my old man and tried working on stride rate with it. Started it at 85 (one leg) and I was just a little off and could quite keep it. So I put it at 84 and stuck it the rest of the run with only a little effort occasionally to get back on. (Landreth 228.05)

evening - 6 treadmill 1%. 7:30 pace pretty much the whole run.  Very uninspiring. (Cumulus red 73.45)

I ran in to Ruth, Ally and another girl from Pine View. It looked like they were having fun. Good luck with the treadmill running while the wife is out of town!

I do not envy your treadmill running... Amanda says that you can send the girls over to her house in the mornings or whenever so you can actually get out. Good luck on not dying of boredom. Or getting killed by your crazy children.

It may not be too fun on the treadmill but I'm sure Ally is having an amazing time in NYC! (Does that make it better or worse? I'm not sure.) I hope you are still enjoying the "Summer of Dave!"

Thanks for the comment. I wont beable to run next week because I will be at EFY (I don't know how I could get runs in). Then the next week I will be at scout camp but I will beable to run, I have done everything in scouts in the last decade so I think I can do what ever I want now.
