AM - 8.75 PVHS/2xAC. Ran over to practice and then the usual Arctic Circle two times. Glad I wasn't sore from yesterday, just a little tired from the mileage this week and workout on Tuesday. (Triumph 630)
afternoon - 7.25 2xDI/Home. DI warm up and cools sandwiched around a killer workout for my team (both boys and girls - the boys are primed to nail Nike!) and then home. (Five Fingers 429.85)
