AM - 6 AC/Lutheran.  Still feeling the pain.  (Hyper Speed 90.25)

afternoon - 5 Green Springs.  Wasn't sure if I was going to be able to even run, but gave it a shot and felt so-so.  But at least I hit a double today.  Maybe the leg will get feeling better this weekend.  (Oregon 184.5)
