AM - 6.25 AC/2450.  Good morning run.  Measured this the other day and I'll take the extra 1/4 mile!  (Five Fingers 281.1)

afternoon - 11.15 River Trail.  Hot day (near 90) and a solid run.  Ran 10 with 25 min. at 5:45 Tempo.  Tempo section ended up right on 5:39-5:43 for each mile throughout.  Then Corey and I went back and grabbed those who had other paces.  Enjoyed a nice broken sprinkler on the way back up 2450.  (Triumph silver 275.8)

Hey Dave I've always been curious. What does AC stand for?

Oh... that is just short for Arctic Circle! That is just our standard run for morning practice (easy and about as safe as possible from our school for mornings). A friend of mine was wondering the same thing and thought it was some kind of specially coded workout! But no... just the same ol' boring run.
