AM - 6.75 Twix/PV. Ran for a bit with the dog and tre the girls on their warm and around during their workout. Hammy didn't feel as good today, but not hurting - just tight'ish. The whole body felt tight though; I think the yard work caught up to me. Finished with abs. (Cumulus 300.25)
