AM - 3 AC.  Another nice morning out after rain all day and night yesterday.  Mostly the quads sore - the rest is feeling pretty good.  (Altra 273.5)

afternoon - 5 Nisson's.  Although there is no more Nisson's, I'll still probably always call it this.  Good run, feeling better each day.  (Stratus grey 854.85)
