AM - 11 Meet.  Another Meet Run.  I was a bit drained from the heat of yesterday afternoon's run - not super bad though.  (Landreth blue 768.75)

afternoon - 8 Desert Hills.  Out at DHills for a meet.  So the boys and I ran a good warm up and then around the track some more watching races and finished with 8xbarefoot striders.  (Barefoot '12 29)(Hyper Speed 2 131.75)
