5 miles on TM. Worked late and didn't get to gym until 9. 5 miles @ 7:30. Not a great run tonight, felt sluggish. Also, found out I didn't get into Boston next year. I was 21 seconds to slow. The cut off was 1:38 under qualifying time and I was 1:17 under. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to running it.

I decided to run this morning on the TM because I have been dealing with a cold the past few days.  I took yesterday off from running because of it.  I wanted to stay out of the cold this morning, so hit the gym. Did a total of 11 miles.

1 mile @ 8:00

1 mile @ 7:40

3 miles @ 7:30 

3 miles @ 6:30, Marathon Pace

3 miles @ 7:30

Average pace of 7:17

Actually felt decent during the run considering I have been dealing with the cold.
