15 minute on bike for warmup

40 min on treadmill at 6% grade - hamstring felt much better today than last week, so I am feeling good about that and hopefully it will continue to improve

Ran a total of 60 min on TM.  Did 1st 30 min at 6% incline and 2nd 30 min at 4% incline.

Overall, the hamstring felt good.  It didn't bother me, during the run.  Hopefully, that is a good sign and I will be able to get back to more regular running.
