Short-Term Running Goals:
finish a 100k and then a 100 miler in 2016. Mountaineering objectives include climbing all the major Idaho peaks, the high points of each state, including Denali
Long-Term Running Goals:
who knows? I'd love to develop into one of the stronger mountain runners in Idaho, compete in the Leadville and Western States 100 mile races

Married with no kids (yet), been coaching high school and middle school track/XC for the past 10 years. Other interests include mountaineering
Track workout! 1 mile warmup, 2x1600 with 3:30 jogging .25 mile rest (6:42 each mile), then .25 jog, then .25 hard pace (1:26) then run home. I am so slow and out of shape-- time to get going!
