PM: 6.42 miles w/15x1:00 min fast/1:00 easy running at Dorothy Carnes East Park. It was nice to get out to the park. It's going to be covered with snow soon! Found just enough light to get my workout in before it got too dark to see. Ran these over the undulating terrain running completely by feel. I wanted a good effort, but nothing too hard. The plan was 5K effort for the first 10, and 3K effort the last 5. However the hills made those paces much slower, but I believe the effort was correct.
