Morning runs never feel easy if you do a double PM run the day before!

That I can understand, but do you feel loose in the mornings? I guess I should ask what time you run in the morning. I'm getting out the door at 6 am. Doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get either. Hoping that changes since I'll be putting morning runs now that I'm back teaching.

I start between 530-600am most mornings during the week. I've found that if I just let myself go very slow (8-9 min pace) to start, within a mile or two I start feeling better. I tend to feel a little stiff when I first start, but loosen up as the run goes on. The more you do it, the easier it gets.

Thanks for sharing Jake, good to know it will get easier!
