Hmmm...maybe you have one leg shorter than the other.

From Hamdog Alum on Wed, Aug 24, 2011 at 18:06:44 from 68.185.190.140

That's actually more common than people think.

Yep. Not me though. I'm perfectly symmetrical. I even have two livers.

Turnover is a hard thing for me... of course I usually lose count around 6.

From allie on Wed, Aug 24, 2011 at 19:42:35 from 161.38.218.168

i was working on stride rate a lot during the winter. i listened to a metronome set to 180 bpm on my ipod. it makes you feel like you are crazy, but at least you don't have to keep track of the count in your head (my brain isn't capable of that).

burt - i have four arms. i'm the most sought after candidate for every cleaning, bakery and assembly job in the nation.

Your bachelorette eligibility just went up in my book.

From Hamdog Alum on Wed, Aug 24, 2011 at 20:03:59 from 68.185.190.140

Allie I'll have to try that metronome on my Ipod. That would be much easier than counting in my head. I'm with Dan, it's hard to count past 6 that fast! Do you always run at that stride rate now that you've practiced it?

From allie on Wed, Aug 24, 2011 at 20:08:15 from 161.38.218.168

no. i still don't have it down. i am a "loper" :) always working on it though...
