Great job with the consistant miles Erik. Are you running a marathon this fall?

From Hamdog Alum on Mon, Jul 09, 2012 at 15:26:48 from 71.90.5.18

Twin Cities, but I'm also doing 4 1/2 marathons and a 20K! Most of them are being used as marathon workouts though.

Sounds like you have some awesome plans and I really think your consistency is going to payoff.

Twin Cities should be a really cool race.

Or a really hot/humid race if anything else Erik has run recently is an indication :-)

With that humidity, you might want to practice your breath stroke.

You know it's bad when the temps are the same as the dew point! I pray I don't have to go through another week like last week. Although, the adaptations are nice when you come out on the other side. 90 degrees with low humidity feels like a cool spring day :-)
