AM: 8 miles going Star School w/random add-on + 6 hard hill sprints (7:45 pace) PM: 2 mile w-up 5 x (2x200m - Goal 35 sec w/200m recovery jog + 1x400m - Goal 70 sec w/400m recovery jog) 2 mile cooldown Did these on the middle school track with a strong N. wind of 12 mph. Nice and cool, but more windy than I expected.
