Married with two children, one in high school, one in college, one in grad school on her own out in the real world. My lovely and gracious wife is a professional body builder (100% natural). If I trained half as hard as she does, I really would be fast. I make my living as a self employed geophysicist.
10 untimed miles from the house. took 2 or 3 miles to loosen up the hips and hamstrings. Felt good after that. Hope I keep them from locking up on me again.
Seems like this should be getting a little easier by now. I guess I covered it a bit quicker, but it was a struggle getting home. Sometime soon I think I will try a very light mileage week before the long run.
