Workout to day over at Warner Valley. It was a 3 mile warmup, 5*3:00 hard with equal recovery, then4*20 sec hard with equal recovery. The workout starteed out allright, but my stomach decided that it needed to empty its contents after the second 5:00. After that, I just did the best that I could, and finished as well as I could. Gonna have to figure out what I'm doing wrong for the future so I can get through these hard workouts without completley falling apaprt.
