Stayed up till midnight then went running with the team. Went 6 miles out on Warner valley. Pretty fun to see one of my most hated places in the world in a different light (literally).
Fartlek workout today over at Little Valley. We did 4 sets of 15:15, 30:30, 45:45, 1:00, 1:00. Pretty hard workout. First real speed workout in a long time. Good stuff.
Workout by myself on the sulluvan soccer park trail. I did a 3.5 mile warmup, 6*1:00, 4:30 sec, and 4*14 sec with equal recovery between each repeat. Pretty hard workout, but it was a good chance for me to push myself by myself.
