| 3 in the morning. Workout @ BHNP. We did 3*1mi. chase-downs. The way it'd work is you'd be in a group of people, and the slowest person in the group would start. Then, every 5 sec., the next fastest person would go, and so on until you. Your goal is to catch everyone in front of you, and not get caught. My time on the first one was about 5:15, then coach told us to take off our watches and just run. The next 2 felt just as fast, if not faster, so I'm pretty good with it. 4*200 finishes, and 1 mi. cooldown afterwards. Getting pumped for Nebo. I really wanna break 16.

Nebo Invite today. I got out quick so that I wouldn't get caught behind people (the start funnled really quick). The first mile I just stuck behind the top 10 or so guys and cruised. Around 1.5ish Scotty caught up with me, and I stuck right on his tail for the rest of the race. Didn't have that strong of a finish. I think I would've gotten 2nd if I kicked harder. I got a 16:38 for a 5k.ish race which, when converted to 3 mile is about a 16:02; so really close to getting my goal of 15:40. Hopefully I can do that @ Cedar.

| 2 mile warm up
10*500m. hill repeats behind the school. The first 5 are supposed to be a bit easier, then the last 5 are pretty much all out. I went 1:52-1:47 for the first 5, then1:46-1:43 for the last 5. Pretty tough workout, but good stuff from everyone.
