| 6 miles on Rainbow Road. Pretty tired from yesterday, but a good run nonetheless. Kids camp afterwawrd.

| 4 mile warmup, 30 min progression run, and cooldown to base. Started at 6:45, then dropped the pace by 10 sec/mi every 5 min. Around mile 2, Kasey caught up with me, and we hammered the rest of the workout together. Good stuff
First run of camp. Ran the Monarch Loop. Killer as always, but I can tell that I'm in much better shape than I used to be.

| Delano Peak Summiting this morning. There were a lot of prizes on the line for the fastest 3 boys, so I actually wanted to try. Unfortunatley, the route that I chose to the top took me WAY off course, and I finished 4th close behind spencer.
Fun team relay by Puffer Lake in the afternoon. Felt super flat, but I did pretty good nonetheless.
