2 mile warmup, 6*500m dirt hill repeats w/recovery to the start, then 4*300m progression finishes, and cooldown to get milage

Overall a really solid workout. I'm getting closer and closer to those top 3 boys, so that's always a good sign. 

Went and visited the Mcphies after practice. Havent grown much :) but they've definitley matured quite a bit. Hope they decide to come out to practice one of these days.

7 miles today out to the boneyard and 8*100 m strides. Kids camp afterwards. Solid run today. 

3 in the afternoon. I'm gonna count kids camp as some milage because we actually ran a bit.

3.5 mile warmup, 20 min tempo with the last 4 min a hard push, and cooldown to get milage. 

Didn't have the best time. Went about 6:05 for the first 16 min. then I pushed it in for the last 4 min.

6 over by coach's parents house. Felt pretty good today. Just a short little trail run to recover for the last workout of the week.

2 mile warmup, 3*1 mile w/3:00 recovery inbetween, and cooldown to get milage. Supposed to hit 5:56. Hit 5:49, 5:54, and 5:34. Felt pretty good. Definitley getting more confident in myself.

12 miles @Little Black Mountain. First 9 miles were regular pace, next 2 were relaxed but fast, and last mile was cooldown. Averaged 7:30 for the first 9, went 5:30, 5:50 for the fast 2, and cooled down for the last mile. Overall a pretty solid run, and the farthest I've ran at once for awhile.
