| 7 miles today w/ 8*100 m strides. First day back on the trails as a team, and we did The Ridge too. I can definitley tell that all of the crap food and staying up late from Youth Conference screwed my system really good. I just need to refocus, rediscipline myself in eating habits, and hopefuly I won't feel like throwing up for the entire run anymore :)

| 3.5 mile warmup, 1.5 mile tempo at 6:00 pace w/ the last mile all out, and cooldown 2 miles. Pretty rough as far as workouts go. Just need to get some sleep, and that should help.

| 9 miles today out on the Arizona strip with Jaiden, Spencer, Sage, Tyler and Hayden. Funnily enough, our average pace for the last 6 miles was faster then my tempo pace yesterday :) Aqua jogging afterwards.
