2 mile warmup, mile time trial, and 2 mile cooldown.
I was really flat today, probobally because of the ACT, and I didn't really go into it having that high of expectations. I kinda just glided through it, and finished strong at the end. I got 4:54, which is a 2 sec PR, but I totally could've gone and run that again. 2 mle cooldown and stretch.
