10 mile progression run today @ Warner Valley. The first 5 miles were easy, then the next 3 were at 6:30, then the last 2 were at your "goal race pace." I went 5:24 for the first mile, then 5:20 for the last mile. A bit slower than I would've liked, but it's been a really tough week, and my achilles was killing me the entire time. Afterwards, we went to the Big Sky XC Championships and watched the collegiate athletes race. Pretty insparational. We went to Dennys after. Awesome day!
