3 in the morning
Tough workout @ Little Valley today. 2 mile warmup, and then 4*200 starts. Next, we did 12*400s. The goal was to hit 1:13 to 1:10 for the first 8, then 1:08/all out for the last 4. Hit 1:13 to 1:10 for the first 8 like I was supposed to, then went 1:09 to 1:07 for the last 4. Pretty tough workout with the rain and my legs feeling pretty flat. Cooldown and ultragen afterwards. Coach gave an awesome motivational speech before the last 400. He should be a motivational speaker. He's pretty good at it.
