3 in the morning. 3*mile repeats today @ treasure valley park. We did 4*200 starts first, then we did our repeats. The goal was to go 5:38 for the first 2, then 5:20 for the last one. I went 5:34, 5:36. and 5:07. Not too hard of a workout, but it felt good to go fast anyways.
