3 in the morning by myself.
Fartlek workout @ Little Valley Park. It's tapering week, so the workouts are getting a bit shorter, but a lot faster. We did 1:1, 2:2, 2:2, 2:2, 1:1, and then 4*30sec. Felt a bit flat, but got through it pretty well. Ate muffins and hung out with our trophy from twilight afterwards (we named it Dave, lol.)
