3 in the morning. Workout @ BHNP. We did 3*1mi. chase-downs. The way it'd work is you'd be in a group of people, and the slowest person in the group would start. Then, every 5 sec., the next fastest person would go, and so on until you. Your goal is to catch everyone in front of you, and not get caught. My time on the first one was about 5:15, then coach told us to take off our watches and just run. The next 2 felt just as fast, if not faster, so I'm pretty good with it. 4*200 finishes, and 1 mi. cooldown afterwards. Getting pumped for Nebo. I really wanna break 16.
