Ides of March. Nice day for a run. Was going to hit the trails but thought I would let them dry out for a few days. Instead ran up to the traihead of Neffs canyon. It is about 4 miles from my house and a tough bugger for me to keep running all the way, had to stop for wind 2 moments. Beautiful overlook over the salt lake valley. Then ran to the base of Millcreek then wound back home. Tried to get moving faster on the way down and back. slow 10:33 fast 7:25. Was happy with my last mile being 8 flat. I get much more sore I have realized at the 7 to 8 range than my comfort 8:30. but fun day |
