Lovely day out on Antelope Island.  First time out there for this run, and the first longer trail run I have done.  Was a great experience.  Not sure on the actual race mileage, above is what my Garmin recorded, could be longer because of all my weaving around.  avg pace 9:03 which I was very happy with because of the multitude of ups on this course.  I heard about the "switchbacks" but they ended up being a bit longer than I expected.  Felt fairly strong going up them though.  Nick busted out a great 50K as well.

Brotha... sweet race. You did an awesome job. It was good to see you at Elephant head. Would be fun to get the crew out there next year! You're a sandbagger and you know it. Glad - you started all this mess. Race in Apr will be great!! Rock-n-Roll..

Good time. That climb up Lone Tree Hill is a kicker - isn't it?
