Felt like I put myself in a good spot but lost focus for a minute and let them get away. My lungs were a lot more tired than my legs were today. I noticed my breathing was struggling a lot earlier than my legs were. Not sure why but i was okay with today's effort. Not happy but it's fine. I just need to keep doing the little things right and wait for my moment when it clikcs together well.
My stomach also started bothering me a little bit. I wonder if next time pre race I shouldn't do oatmeal with my breakfatst, just stick with a bagel and light foods.
