We are still in Arizona for my mom's birthday so I did a run by myself. Didn't bring a watch or plan it out before, so I just went by feel and figured out how far I went when I got back. Went and did a couple miles around this big soccer complex, then did a couple loops around this really nice golf course. Was surprised when I mapped it out and got 10 miles cuz it only felt like 7.

Went to Notre Dame Prep Academy for my workout today. The weather was superb and the track was really nice so the workout was a good time. The workout was 2x( 800, 600, 400). There was two PE classes out there so I had an audience. Times were 2:16, 1:39, 65 for the first set, and 2:11, 1:38, 62 for the second set. Short and sweet, and just an excellent time overall.

Back in Utah, so 8 miles on black trail. Lil' Warner was there just like old times. We got to the riverbed and it was dry so we did an over under run which we haven't done in a long time. Averaged under 8 minute pace which was pretty good with all the climbing over and under bridges and roads and what not.

Very chilly this morning, my guess is around 20 degrees. We ran up and did the suncrest loop which is always an excellent time. Afterwards we went and made breakfast burritos at Lil' Warner's house.

Super fun run today. It snowed a ton last night so we headed up to Lambert to get some good trails in. Trail running in the snow is one of my absolute favorite things in the whole world. We went through on high bench then turned up spring and came down middle spring. Good times. We probly hear if we made it to nationals today so I'll be nervous wreck until the call comes in.
