| Accidentally slept in, so I went for a run by myslef at about 9:30. Went up on Bonneville, then dropped down to the canal. When I got to the canal I ran into Colin, Asa, and the Hinckleys from Lehi. They were headed the same direction I was going so I finished their last 3 miles with them back to Highland glen. It definitely made it a funner time so shoutout to them. When I got back I did 6x100 strides on the track, then ran home.

| first real speed workout today, we did 800, 600, 400, 800, 600, 400. Felt decent, moreso on the 800's than anything else. Times were 2:18, 1:39, 65, 2:17, 1:43, 66. Felt tired due to only getting like 3 hours of sleep haha. I also got arrested last night/this morning for trespassing which was absolute garbage. Now I have to go to court on the 30th :((

| today we did Alpine run, then Jamison and I did a mile barefoot on the grass. Kept the pace comfortable, not fast not slow but just right.

| So we had 6x800 today, and it was ugly. I had been feeling crappy all day, but I decided to try the workout anyway. I started with a 2:23 and it was tough, but not quite fast enough so on the next one I ran 2:20 and it almost killed me. On my third one I came through in 69, then faded to 2:25. After this one I felt dizzy so I sat one out before hopping back in. I came through the first 400 in 76 and decided to call it a day. It was really hot outside but I was freezing, and I just felt an overall feeling of crappiness. I tried cooling down, but couldn't so I went home and went to bed instead.

| Felt a lot better so I went to practice and did hogs. On the long graadual uphill part I didn't want to push too hard cuz of my recent sickness, so I just kind of chilled on the way up while Jamison, Craik, Justin, and Ryan all pushed ahead. Coming down there was quite a bit of snow and ice, which made for a kinda sketchy but fun time. the last couple miles on the road, everybody took off again, but I just hung back and chilled with Chris whos recovering from a hamstring injury.
