first real speed workout today, we did 800, 600, 400, 800, 600, 400. Felt decent, moreso on the 800's than anything else. Times were 2:18, 1:39, 65, 2:17, 1:43, 66. Felt tired due to only getting like 3 hours of sleep haha. I also got arrested last night/this morning for trespassing which was absolute garbage. Now I have to go to court on the 30th :((
