So we had 6x800 today, and it was ugly. I had been feeling crappy all day, but I decided to try the workout anyway. I started with a 2:23 and it was tough, but not quite fast enough so on the next one I ran 2:20 and it almost killed me. On my third one I came through in 69, then faded to 2:25. After this one I felt dizzy so I sat one out before hopping back in. I came through the first 400 in 76 and decided to call it a day. It was really hot outside but I was freezing, and I just felt an overall feeling of crappiness. I tried cooling down, but couldn't so I went home and went to bed instead.
