I got to the gym at 7:40 hoping there would still be spots for the 8 AM spin class. There were already 5 people on the waiting list so instead I ran 11 miles on the TM in my biking shorts and then I went to the step and strength class where I got to do lots of jumping, hopping, balancing and other contorted movements. It's a good thing I was at the very back of the room because I was usually going the opposite direction of everyone else. This will take some practice. |
